Shipping Destinations


  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across the Sri Lanka
  • International Shipping: We ship to selected international destinations. Please refer to
    our list of countries during checkout to see if we ship to your location

Shipping Options and Rates


  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days. Rates vary by order total and destination.
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on
    weight and destination

Order Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be
    extended by an additional 1-2 days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes


  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which
    are not responsibility of the Tacca Clothing.
  • These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages


  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the
    address
    entered for an order.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team for
    assistance.
  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service team
    immediately. ( you should inform us within 48 hours after you receiving the order )
